This explains what information DFRST collects when you shop with us, why, and how to control it.
What we collect
Name, email, phone number, shipping address, order history, and payment status. We never see or store your card details. Razorpay handles those. We also collect basic device and usage data through site analytics.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, and, with your consent, send you updates over email or WhatsApp.
Who we share it with
Shopify (our commerce platform), our courier partner, Razorpay (payments), and Judge.me (product reviews) handle data only as needed to run your order. For analytics, we use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people browse the site. These are the only parties your data goes to. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time. Contact admin@dfrst.in to exercise these rights.
How long we keep it
We don't run a separate database for your personal data. Your account, order, and customer information lives on Shopify, our commerce platform, and is retained under Shopify's own data retention practices, for as long as your account is active or as required for tax and accounting records.

We use cookies for cart/session functionality and site analytics. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time.
